On January 22, ICARE organized a dumpling making activity to welcome the coming Spring Festival. ICARE foreign students were actively involved in this event together with their Chinese classmates and learnt to make dumplings.
1) Preparing fillings, serving vegetable & fruits…the preparations for dumpling making were well underway.

3) With the help of teacher Ji and the Chinese classmates, it didn’t take too much time for the foreigner students to master the skill of making dumplings
4) Dumpling “masterpieces” made by the students
5) Putting dumplings in the pot when the water was boiling
6) Dumplings are delicious food, but it seems dumplings made by ourselves taste even better!
7) Nothing is better than “Chinese hot pot” and “dumpling” in cold winter
This dumpling making activity provided students with a good opportunity to enhance their friendship and experience traditional Chinese culture.
